We keep the group deliberately small and we hold it for the long term. Each company keeps its own name, its own people and its own customers; Brown Bison supplies the discipline, the oversight and the owner who is accountable for all of it.

We introduce our companies in conversation, not on a web page. If there is a fit, the owner will make the introduction himself.

Established companies that work with us as an extension of their growth. We bring the opportunity and carry the administration; they do what they do best.

A partner company sees more of the right work, in its own trade and its own territory, without adding staff to chase it. The proposal, the reporting and the invoicing sit with us. The relationship with the customer is shared, and the credit for good work is theirs.
